To register and use a bd99 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity, trust or other legal structure.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Where bd99's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, bd99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any matter arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bd99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
